How it works

A three step process combining evidence based organisational coaching techniques with strength based self assessments

Step 1: Deep Dive

We will work together to complete a series of purpose built self assessments to identify what truely motivates you.

Step 2: Find your Fit

Using the assessment results, we will determine the kinds of roles and environments that enable you to perform to your full potential.

Step 3: Build your Brand

We will optimise your resume and LinkedIn profile, maximise your network, build interview confidence and learn how to leverage these effectively.

Typically we complete the process over four sessions. Each session runs for 60 minutes and is conducted via Zoom.

A little about me

I am a Certified Career Coach (IECL) and member of the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership. For the last 10 years I have worked in recruitment, helping businesses hire the right people. As a Career Coach, I help people build meaningful careers. It is my belief that we all deserve to be happy at work and that it should enrich our lives.
